Delivery: How much does it cost and how long does it take?

The costs depend on the country that you want us to send it to.
It usually takes 4 to 7 days to deliver the goods, depending on the country the shipment goes to.

What countries do you ship to?

We can ship to 16 countries: see the flags in our logo or take a look at our shipment & payment page

What is your return policy?

If a product is not used or damaged, you can return it if you inform us within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please use the contact form to contact us and give us your order number and which items you want to return.

The product is broken, what now?

Please contact us (see bottom question) with your order number en description of the problem, we will then provide you with further instructions.

What are your paying methods?

You can pay with Paypal, Sofort Banking, Bank Transfer, Mister Cash (Belgium), Giropay (Germany), and iDeal (Netherlands).

Can I select a collection point to pick up my order?

No, at the moment we do not offer that option when ordering. We use parcelservices to deliver your items, when the delivery attemps fail there will be an collection option provided to you by the parcelservice.

How do you ship my order and is there Track & Trace?

Yes when your order gets shipped we will email the Track & Trace link to you so you can follow your shipment. We use DPD as parcelservice for Europe excluding the Netherlands where Post.nl is used.

Do you have a shop where I can see and feel the products?

In general this is not possible. We do have a storehouse in The Netherlands but you can only visit as an exception after making an appointment.

Do I have to register before ordering?

No there is no need to register, you can simply shop and place your order.
On checkout the default setting is that you checkout as guest, so if you don't want to you will not be registered as a customer.
But we do need your address, email address and phone number to be able and proces your order correctly.
If you want to make an account with us you can do so by simply checking the box on checkout or click the link "register" in the top menu, having an account will enable you to view previous orders and can make ordering easier.

What is your privacy policy?

We do our upmost best to protect you details and will never share your details to third parties.
